1. The Promoter

• The promoter of the competition is British American Tobacco Middle East LLC (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to legal residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 25+.
  
• Entrants must be existing nicotine users. Proof of age, identity, and residency may be required.
  
• Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.
  
• Use of false details, multiple identities, or fraudulent entries will result in disqualification.

3. Competition Period

• The competition runs from 12:00 GST 15th November 2025 until 17:00 GST on 29th November 2025 (the “Entry Period”).
  
• Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
  
• No bulk, automated, third-party, or group entries will be accepted. The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical issues.

4. How to Enter

• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary.
  
• To enter, participants must visit https://ae.velo.com/ and submit their details as instructed.
  
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be void.

5. Prizes

• There will be two (2) winners in total.
  
• Each winner will receive two (2) Paddock tickets to the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at Yas Marina Circuit for either Friday 5th December 2025 or Saturday 6th December 2025 (date allocated by the Promoter at its sole discretion).
  
• Tickets include entry to the Paddock area and transfers to and from the venue. Further details will be provided to winners.
  
• The prize does not include accommodation, meals, insurance, visas, or any other personal expenses unless otherwise stated.
  
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
  
• In the event the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is cancelled, postponed, or altered for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, no alternative prize will be provided.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly through a draw by an independent process.
  
• Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the competition closing.
  
• Winners must confirm acceptance within 24 hours of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
  
• The Promoter may request proof of eligibility before awarding the prize.

7. Conditions of Participation

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  
• Entrants must comply with all applicable local laws and event rules of Yas Marina Circuit and Formula 1 management.
  
• Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or used for promotional purposes.
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify participants who tamper with the entry process or breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received, regardless of the reason.
  
• The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
• The Promoter accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to the ticket once it has been issued to the winner.
  
• Promoter does not own the Tickets and is not responsible for the contents therein. All Tickets contain terms and conditions which have been established by the organizer to govern their use and redemption. Promoter is only a promoter of the competition and shall not be held liable in connection with such terms.
  
• Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate details provided to Promoter by any third party connected with the competition.

9. Data Protection

• Personal data will be collected and processed solely for the administration of this competition.
  
• Data may be shared with third-party service providers for prize fulfillment only.
  
• Personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary and in compliance with UAE law and applicable data protection standards.
  
• By Participating in the competition you agree to the retention, usage and processing of your data for the aforementioned purposes.
  
• Any data processed, used or collected for other than the above stated purposes will only be processed with the explicit consent of the participant.

10. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its control.
  
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
  
• These Terms and the competition shall be governed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Arab Emirates.
